You know, it would certainly improve the communicative value of your attempt to post a question to this site, if you would try to conform to standard usage of the English language. Did anyone ever mention to you that a sentence is composed of a subject, a verb and, in most cases, an object? In other words, tell us WHO was "hit in rear", WHO has a revoked (not "revolked") license, and WHO was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Oh, and by the way, this site is set up for people to post QUESTIONS for attorneys to answer. A QUESTION is a sentence that has a "question mark" ["?" for example] at the end of it.
