Re: theft of chain store

You should hire an attorney. an attorney will either be able to defend the charge against you, or negotiate a plea bargain under which you may be able to avoid a conviction. A conviction on your record may very well keep you from being accepted to nursing school or granted a nursing license after you graduate. the attorney should be able to represent you for a relatively modest fee. If you do not already have an attorney, you may call me for a free telphone consultation. I have handled many of these cases in the thirty years I have been practicing law. No matter what you decide to do, I wish you the very best of luck.
