time
what happens to someone who stop's reporting to their probation officer. The person only has a four year sentence. reason for leaving the scene of an accident back in 2003.

Usually the probation officer files a petition to Revoke the person's probation, the person is arrested, a bond is set, a court date is set and the Judge revokes the probation. The person is quewstion definitely needs to hire an attorney.
