arrested for false identification
I was areested last night for false idenification. My friend was pulloed over for drunk driving and the cop started looking through the car, when she got next to my purse i said that i did not want her to look through my purse she still did and found a fake id. i was also never read my rights but she did not book me what do i do?

As you may know you do have a constitutional right not to be subjected to an unlawful search or seizure. From your post it appears that your rights might have been violated.
