hardship license-- first time Missouri DWI
I just received my first DWI in Missouri. I was told my license will be suspended for 90 days, and the attorney also told me it was a waste of time to fight the license hearing.
Can the license suspesion hearing be won? If I lose, what can I get a hardship license to go to work, or am I suspended the entire 90 days?

First time Missouri DWI-- fighting the license suspension and limited driving pr
You are correct that you are facing losing your license for 90 days on a first time DWI or BAC offense in Missouri.
However, I would disagree with whoever advised you that the license suspension hearings are not worth fighting or that they cannot be won. While it is true that this hearings are difficult to win, facts often do exist which a qualified, TRAINED DWI attorney can keep your license from being suspended. It is usually an attorney that charges a small amount to do nothing but plead you guilty that offers such advice because he or she is not qualified to win such a hearing. You should steer clear of someone offering such advice.
Regarding whether or not you can get a limited driving privilege, it depends on a couple of factors.
If the current Missouri DUI / DWI charge against the driver results in a DWI or BAC conviction, where there are no alcohol-related traffic offenses on the driver's record, the driver will receive 8 points on his or her license and the driver's license will be lost for 90 days, assuming there are no other points previously on the driving record which could increase the suspension to a revocation. RSMo. Section 302.302.1(8) & Section 302.304(5).
if your driving record is clear of prior points, it is likely or at least possible that you can drive to work or school the last 60 days of your 90 day suspension if an SR-22 insurance certificate is posted.
