My brother has Durable Power of Attorney over my Mother, which I'm fine with that, but he will not notify any of of the siblings information. My Mother has zero assets. We love her and want to at least no what's going on. What can we do?

First, ask your Brother to keep you updated on your Mother's condition. Offer to help, it might make him more willing to share information. If he will not cooperate, you may have to go to the Probate Court. There are several things an estranged child can file. If you get to that point, consult directly with a probate or family law attorney, in your area. You'll need advice specific to the particular facts of your situation.
Good luck
