Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Me and my ex have 50/50 custody. A week with him a week with me. He wants to move an hour away but still keep visitation like that. He says he will drive them to school every morn on his week. I do not see this working. Also he does not pay child support as we agreed however he also refuses to help with daycare. I have been paying $860 a month in daycare since September without any help. I would like him to have eveyother weekend visitation since he is deciding to move plus child support to help with daycare
