Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Our custody order was made some twelve years ago. Case now reopened as mother has filed for modification. I wish to file a motion for contempt. Can this be filed just as a regular motion, does it have to be filed and served in the normal sense of using process server, etc. She is represented by attorney, I am pro se

The motion you propose can be served by mailing to the attorney, and certifying that service, with the court.
