Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I need a form for "unlawful detainer" to get a deadbeat relation out of my home. Person refuses to move out or pay me anything. Can no longer afford this. In bad health, limited income. Must get him out to do improvement to sell. Please help. Or if you have advice on another type of filing please let me know. Have done an eviction, was thrown out.

There are forms in form books. But, if you don't want to get yrou case messed up again, you should hire an attonrey to draft a UD petition specific to your case. You may not to undertake the expense of having them represent you in court. but, it will probzbly worht the money to have them draft the Petition and proposed judgment for you. If you tell me which county your place is in, I may be able to refer you to someone to assist you.
