Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and his ex-wife have joint custody. No child support. Now she wants full custody and child support. They have been fighting it out for 6 months now in her integrity questions she stated that he knew there was a chance the child may not be his. He took a dna test and it came back not his child. In the state of Missouri would the make him start paying child support again knowing the child was not his

The questions were "interrogatories". Apparently your husband has a lawyer and he should get all of his advice from that attorney. If he does not have a lawyer, he needs to hire one.
