Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and I separated in July of 2006. He moved to another city in that state, and I have tried to contact him for a divorce, in his city. No answer. I have since moved states, however, I have no idea where he is. How can I file for divorce, when I have no idea where he's located?

You must attempt to get notice to your ex. But, once you have established residency in Missouri, you can file for divorce here. The attorney handling your divorce can further explain how notice will be given to your ex about the filing.
