we live in mo the planitf lives in wy, this is a divorce with child custody, the male plantif in wy, had drawn the divorce up by hand and got the ball rolling and after the plantif threating defending until he got mostly his way, the court date set last month, defendent meet me and i showed a little back bone for her and she decided to fight to try to get him only on supervised visitation because of his convection of child abuse in mo to which he fled state before everything was finished with probation and such to which he has a warrant in mo over. we was granted a continuance for last month court date to raise funds and time off from work to go to this month 9 days way court date, to which he found a lawyer!, after talking to a lawyer who suggested that we motion a dismissal because the children have lived in mo for over a year and halve but he would not do it because of spring break. i would apprectiate any advice on this and how difficult it will be to accomplyish this task and just any ideas sugguestions to keep the two girls out of an abusive situation.
