Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I have moved out and am wanting a devorce from my crazy and controlling husband of just four years. Problem is that my name is on the title and he can't afford the mortgage or the utilities. I am stuck paying the thousand dolla mortgage and he wants me to pay ALL his utilities too. Now he is threatening me not to come near the house under penalty of law. I cannot get any of my property before marriage because he claims he has control over it. What the Heck????
