Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
In October 2014 I filed for custody of my son.
The other party was served and refused contact or response missing court 1 time. Was summoned again for mediation on March 2015. Signed papers and where filed through the court.
It is now May 2016. My son will be coming up for the summer from Texas to stay with me. I have numerous recorded parenting plan violations including no job, refusal of contact, refusal to meet at agreed location. When I bought my phone a son so he would be able to call it was 'lost' and not charged. Son has moved 4 times in 1 year with no stable home. Ex-Spouse is living with signficant other and not married while expecting a child. Repeated threats of if I dont send more money, or buy this item I wont see my child etc.
If I go to court what am I looking at for custody modification? If I kept my son at the end of the summer, again do to refusal to meet at the agreed location, do I wait until ex-spouse files with a lawyer (Presumably will not due to 'no money') or should I file first.
Any information is helpful and or even a reccomendation for who to speak to for reprisentation.

You didn't indicate where the family curt case sure. (MO or TX) You may need to file within that case. There isn't enough information her to answer your question. You need to consult directly with a family law practice attorney. Find one either in the area, it where the case now sits. Supply then with all of the relevant documents.
