There are few things that prevent someone from suing another. But, the fact that you plead to something might significantly hinder your likelihood of succeeding in the suit you propose. There is a limited oppotunity to provide all the relevant facts of acase in this forum. Before deciding whether to pursue your case, you should consult directly with an attorney in our area. They can examine all the documentary evidence and ask you follow-up questions. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
