Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I need some replys on what you think the answer is

I work at Steak n Shake well my boyfriend and a fellow co worker don't get along and one of my managers told me not my boyfriend that he wasn't allowed there..Now here's my question if my boyfriend were to come up there and order a carry out or something and the coworker went off on him would my boyfriend get into any kind of trouble?

If a manager tells a visitor they are not welcome in the store, it is possible he could be cited for trespassing if he returned. The cops usually just tell you to "move on" when they're called, and they usually do not cite, but you can't be sure that won't happen, and therefore, the safest bet is for you boyfriend to stay away.

I look at it from another way; why would that guy want to give them a dime of his money. If you need to see your guy, see him away from work and start looking for a different job where the manager wasn't potty trained at gunpoint.
