Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I have a situation were I just recently became engaged with my guy but he is still legally married to another woman. She refuses to sign the divorce papers she consistently calls him harassing him n harrasing me on my facebook page. My question is there anything that I can do legally to get her to stop the harrassment because she is causing a lot of arguments between my fiance' n I. I no her main goal is to break us up n I'm afraid she may suceed if she continues.

If he wants the divorce, he can get it. Are you sure he wants to get married? If she is harassing you, you can block her on facebook, If she threatens violence, get a temporary restraining order issued.
