Employer Contributions Toward Health Insurance Premiums
Can an employer's contribution toward the cost of group health insurance premiums be based on length of employment [i.e., 50% (or $200) for 5 yrs., 75% (or $250) for 5-10 yrs., etc.]?

To the best of my knowledge nothing prevents an employer from having such a plan.
