life insurance
My husband died in May of 2000,I have collected life insuance from his work,the army,and social security. Is there a way to know if he had life insurance,I'am not aware of? Thank You--name removed--Littest

If you have made a thorough search of his records and papers and have not found any evidence of other policies, they probably are not in existence. However, you could call your local insurance agents and check with each of them. You could also write to companies that issue such policies and ask for them to search their files.
To my knowledge there is not a central registry of such policies.
If he had an attorney, you might check with that attorney.
