Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I want to go to Azerbaijan and marry a citizen of Azerbaijan. I have to come back to the United States for my job. Can I send for him to come to the United States without any difficulty?

In short, NO. You would have to petition your spouse for a greencard, once you're married, which could take about one year (or possibly more). I highly recommend that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney, & not try to consular process on your own. Good luck!
