I have a boyfriend who was deported back 2 Mexico he then tried 2 cross again two more time and got caught he is on 5 years probation in the US he has a son here with me he was here when he was born in June of 08 and then he left in July 08 and we have not got 3 see him can i go 2 Mexico and get married to him and then maybe he could come back with me

You can marry him in Mexico. However, it's not likely he will be able to come back to USA with you.
He has probation for what?
