Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
Can citizen brother help minor children of same parents (youngest brothers 15, 13 years old holding
unexpired B2 visa ) following join benefit to get green card with our parents and adjust status in
USA ?
1 Answer from Attorneys
You need to clarify your question.
Are you asking about your siblings (brothers)? If yes, you can petition for them - separately for each brother. However, a wait time will be over 10 years. They can't follow-to-join their parents (provided you petitioned for your parents, too). They can't adjust status after you petition for them because they need to wait many years for the priority numbers. They need to wait abroad, B2 visas are not appropriate for a long-term stay in USA.
