Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
Do illegal immigrants have the right to file their income taxes and if so, how many years back can they file?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Filing taxes is not a right, but an obligation. Yes, if they have no SSN, an illegal immigrant can use ITIN number to file his taxes with IRS.
