Ihave a j1 visa and my stay has expired and i did not extend my stay so i am out of status and married to us citizen in missouri what do i do to get in status

Assuming that the two year residency requirement does not apply to your J-1 status (which you would need to confirm), you can file a typical marriage case and adjust your status in the U.S.
