Beneficiary

My great uncle had three beneficiaries, one of the beneficiaries is dead. Is the family of the dead beneficiary entitled to the insurance money?

Are you referring to an insurance policy? A Will? A Trust? Or, some other document which named three beneficiaries of your great uncle? The answer to your question may depend upon exactly what you are reffering to when you post your question to this site. Also, an attorney would need to know exactly how the document was worded in order to be able to provide you with any answer. Perhaps you should just consult with an attorney and give him or her all of the information needed.
