Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri
divorce pending
I am currently going through a divorce and my question is in regards to vehicle insurance that I am currently carrying. I have maintained the insurance on him and his truck that he is driving and have tried to get the insurance company to drop his name and they say they can't until after the divorce. Is this legal for them to do?
