Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri
lawyer fee
i hired a lawyer to do my case an he isnt doin what i think is right. so can i fire him an not get into trouble, we signed that he wouldnt collect until i collected so how will they determine what i owe him

You can fire your attorney, but he is entitled to be paid for work done on your behalf. If you signed a contingent fee contract, meaning he gets his fee when the case is over, he will have a lien that follows your case to the next lawyer you hire.
