Legal Question in International Law in Missouri
If a brother sponsers his brother's immigration to US, and later the brother's father sponsers him; will the original file be transfer to the fathers' file?
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, the original file will not transfer. These would be two separate petitions in different visa categories with two different priority dates.
