This question leads me to more questions. Are you participating in a mediation called by your employer or are you participating in a court ordered mediation?
Have you been terminated or are you expecting to be terminated?
If you have been terminated and are participating in a court ordered mediation, you have the right to represent yourself but I would not recommend it. However, you can get on the Missouri Bar's website at MoBar.org and find a neutral party mediator that the Missouri Bar has certified for mediations. Courts favor mediation and having a neutral party will ensure your perspectives are given equal weight.
