Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

Trying to collect rent from tenant. They sent daughter to door, said they were gone, we left message and have been calling. No response from them. How can I collect my rent?

You did no tindicate ho wold the daughter is. If she is under age twelve, then the next time you go and she says she is hom ealone, tell her out loud, "Don't worry I will call the police to come be with you, and I will stay here with you until they arrive." If the parents are in the house, and they heard you, that should get them to the door. It seems like you will have to file a rent and possession action.
