Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
I live in Missouri. I moved my now ex-fiance and her children in with me and my children 2 years ago. I own the home we reside in and she does not pay any of the utilities or rent. She has recently called off the wedding/relationship(2 weeks ago) and is seeing another man, but refuses to leave my home. I can not really afford an attorney as all of my money goes into paying the mortgage/utilities/food of which her and her children freely use without any second thoughts. What are my options?
