Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

a friend was involved in an accident while standing on the side of a semi cab talking to a friend, and a separate semi turned to short and squished him between the trucks. He has been out for two weeks, no broken bones or ribs, just alot of bruising and lack of movement. What would be a typical settlement in a case like this when the other drive admitted fault and there is a full police report showing the same.

without seeing his medical records and bills, as well as the police reprot, it would be very difficult to predict a settlement figure. Your friend will probably get more money if he gets an attorney.
