If elder person lives in your house for 11 years Who is entitled to the house hold items if elder person now in nursing home?

Your question begs for man facts that you have not provided. Generally, as long as the elderly person was lawfully staying in the house, than ownership of personal property does nto change. What belonged to the elderly tenant still belongs to them. The same is true for the building owner's property.
