Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

my house

I am buying a house, that was rented out, the renters moved out three months ago. They left there stuff including vehicles, and furniture, they owed us money. What can I do with thier stuff so that I can move into my house.

You can serve upon them a notice that if they do not remive their property within a reasonable period of time, it will be presumed that they have abandonned the property and if they do not remove within the time provided you can remove. This can be a very touchy subject and I would consult a local attorney regarding the local court's view on the subject.
