Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I own a lot that has a mobile home on it . I do not own the mobile home, someone else owns , it but refuses to pay lot rent or purchase the lot from me, or to move it....how do I get them and the mobile home off of my property?

You will need to comply with the statutes and file suit to evict them. Then, after obtaining a Judgment in your favor, you can have the mobile home removed from your property.
