mortgage question

My husband and I have separated, he is on the loan of the house I am not, but I am on the title. If i walk away am I still financially responcable for the house?

If you are not on the loan, then you are not liable TO THE LENDER. But, if you get divorced, the court might find this to be a marital debt. It sounds to me as if you need to consult with an attorney if you hve not already done so. You may call me for a consultation.
