rental home

recently signed 1 year lease w/ girlfriend, now are seperated and i have moved out, but am still on the lease. How can i have my name removed from the rental agreement?

You can ask the landlord to release you from the agreement, but there is no legal way to force the landlord to do so. This is a good example of why I advise my clients not to sign leases or other contracts jointly with someone to whom you are not married.
