Re: If sexual affair lasted 13 years

I am not sure of your question but will make a few general comments. Sexual harassment is not always a male harassing a woman. There are cases where men have harassed men and women have harassed men. Under Federal law, the new president cannot sue your husband, he has to sue the company to recover anything. It does not appeared he suffered any negative job actions and so probably does not have a case. If your husband is claiming he was fired because he refused to continue the relationship or because of the relationship, then he might have a cause of action. The strenght of his case, if he has one, would depend on why he was fired and a host of other facts I do not have in front of me. If someone was fired because of a drinking problem, that would not be sexual harassment. You may want to speak with a lawyer and discuss all the facts before taking any action.
