Re: auto accident

Thats simply not true. Its not common, but in severe cases it can be completely justified. Ive had many clients who are afraid to get back in cars after a traumatic crash, and have panic attacks, full-blown post-traumatic stress disorder ("PTSD" - Google it for more info) or other serious problems. Also, if a person is unfortunate enough to have seen a loved one die or get seriously injured in a crash, the aftereffects can be devastating.

Unless this is a very minor crash, this seems to be just insurance company babble designed to talk you into accepting a lower settlement. You can call my office and I'll be glad to talk to you about the specifics of your case. I'm not allowed to put my phone number in here, but you can get it from my web site.
