Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Bicycles
If a person wanted to ride a bicyle on the shoulder of interstate 55 between Scott and Cape Girardeau counties in Missouri would that person be breaking any laws or violating some ordiance? I can't find anything at the federal, state, or local level.

If you are part of an organized ride, you may be able to get apermit to ride nonmotorized vehicles on the interstate. Otherwise, you may be violating one or more HTSA edicts.
