Suspended License

I got pulled over.. the officer asked me my name... and then told me that my licence is suspended. I was not aware of that. I knew it was suspended back in June for 60 days... I got pulled over in January. She informed me that it was suspended again. She wrote me a ticket (didn't arrest me because I had my son with me). Here is the thing.. this is my 2nd time getting a ticket for driving under suspended license. What are the penelties for 2nd time? Am I going to jail? (this is in state of MO) Should I hire a laweyr? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Hire an attorney, they csn advise as to your best course of action. It is unlikey that you will go to jail, if you act promptly,
