Can you be charged with leaving the scene of an accident if you were unaware that you bumped into a parked car?

Yes, you can be charged. If you have been charged, I would suggest that you hire an attorney. The attorney should be able to either defend the charge against you or at least arrange a plea bargain under which you will avoid a conviction being entered upon your record.
