Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
rear end collisions
If an eighteen wheeler hits a car that is stopped at a red light from the rear, pushing it through an intersection and into another car, is he at fault. Even if he alleges that the stopped vehicle he hit cut him off. (not sure if relevent) The officer on the scene took a statement from the truck driver, but not from either of the other drivers involved.

Re: rear end collisions
The truck is more than likely at fault, but a review of the police report is significant. If hurt you need to see a Dr. I can help you with the claim. I have over 30 years of experience handling these type of cases. Call me. No recovery,no fee.
