Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
I received a ticket for speeding. the officer failed to fill in two crucial boxes on the ticket... the posted speed limit and the actual traveling speed. Both boxes are clearly blank, and the rest of the ticket is clear and legible. Am I correct in assuming that it is an invalid ticket and if so, what should my next course of action be?

I couldn't tell you whether the ticket is sufficient to chare you with an offense without actually reading the ticket. Your next course of action should be to hire an attorney.
