Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Deceased No Will

My father passed away in MO. and did not have a will. He is survived by his wife, two sons and myself. My half brother closed my father's banking accounts before his death. My step-mother believes that she can deed the farms (MO) to her two son's from another marriage. The farm that she lives on at the current time was purchased by my father and mother. I am my father's oldest child.

Re: Deceased No Will

There are ways you can protect your interests. But, you must act quickly to avoid spending much more money on legal fees. Consult with a probate attorney in or near the county where your Dad's property was locsated, or where he lived.

Good Luck
