My mother was executor or my grandfathers estate,I was a beneficiary. But my mother would not give us a copy of the will and the estate attorney would not speak with us.It has been 3 years , but I am just now finding information that shows my mother was not honest.Do I have any rights now?

You might have some rights -- as a starting point why don't you go to the court where the will was probated and review the file -- that should give you a whole lot of information. You obviously could get a copy of the will there. Without knowing what the dishonesty was and how it impacted you it's tough to answer much further.
I hope that helps. You may email me at [email protected] if you need more information.
specifically, you will want to look at the will. You also need to determine if this was a supervised estate. Look at the accountings that were filed.
Good luck
