Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

parents passed 2009 & 2010 creamated buried by one sibling without telling other 4 siblings we find out today she put parents home in there name in 2006 without teling any of the rest of us there all about control since they passed we ask them to meet with the rest of us but makes excuses blowing us off what is the other 4 of our rights with house and passions that our supose to be split with all of the children can she lock us out of there house when we all had keys before there deaths there is no will

If your parents put their home into the names of two of their children, then the matter is a matter of the validity of that transfer. Probate of the parents' estates is tto part of the equation yet. If you can get that transfer reversed, then any of the heirs can seel a determination of heriship of the property that your parents owned at their death.
