paying bills under trust

Sister has had a stroke and someone needs to pay her phone bill, etc while she is unable, how do we do that?

If your sister's assets are titled in a trust, you must provide the documentation called for in the trust to the bank or brokerage where the trust accounts are maintained so that the disability trustee can take control of trust assets.
