Probate discovery of assets
What is an adversary proceeding in a discovery of assets suit in probate court mean? I am included in one and not even sure what it means.

A discovery proceeding is an action wherein the executor (personal representative) of an estate seeks to recover property for the estate from someone whom the executor believes obtained property unlawfully.
If you hold property previously owned by the deceased person, the discovery proceeding is meant to recover that property or its value from you.
