Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

I fell in an open drain hole at work (cover was left off) I shattered my pinkie, like a wine class, the doctor put it. Injured my hip.

Have been to the urgent care my doctor sent me to, doctor's they have sent me to and to physical theropy.

I feel I have been treated differatnly by management since the accident and they are finding certain ways to fire me.

Like, I got written up for missing days, due to injury, had doctors notes. Couple call ins were from being ill and mentally (from stress on job, among others).

I feel they are looking for any and everyway to write me up so they can fire me. I have been to mangemnet about an employee that has been causing a hostile enviroment and not long after, I got written up for manually typing in a lunch hour that was suppose to be 30 and I typed 29. Tried to expalin the situation and still was not an exception. New time clock and got time from another clock hanging on wall.

I just feel differantly treated and feel I am not have the same relationship with fellow employees. If it would of been someone management was "closer to" they would have went in and adjusted the time. It took them 20-22 days to write me up and/or bring it to my attention.

Need to speak to someone more about this situation and get some advice on what to do
